well besides really liking soccer, i am fascinated with art,mostly painting and drawing.i like to draw people and landscapes.
Once in art class our teacher showed us a book about this girl called,Akiane.she is a 12 year old right now, and is really good at art.she has been a really good artist and poet.before her and her family werent saved , but then the y one day got saved,and through her poetry and paintings she tries to get God's word across.

Hey, as a one of my major hobbies, i really like soccer(football).
I started to like it a lot at the age of six,when i came to Senegal,i began to play in the road with neighbours and other kids.i wasnt very good,but i really liked it.Once i went to a stadium to try out for a Senegalese soccer team, unfortunately there were already enough people,so i wasnt able to try out.
Then, when i moved to BCS i started to play more, i also learned more things and how to play better.i played every day, and sometimes i watched soccer games on the tv.
Here in Senegal,there is a sports competition between a bunch of schools, one thing that we do is soccer.We also did running and a bunch of other athletics.i played on the soccer team, we werent really good and always lost,but we had fun.
I have some favourite soccer players.One of them is John Terry, a english player that plays for England and Chelsea.he is a great player.As a soccer player i am usually put in the position of defender.John Terry is my favourite defender, and he is really good.I like other sports as well, especially tennis.

Hey there.At Da, the school i am located at they had a carnival that the seniors of the school aranged.They aranged it to raise money for the school.
My parents came a long with my brother.This carnival or fest was called harvest fest, kinda like harvesting/thanks giving/hallowean mixed together.
there were a bunch of different things to do: a jail, (where you could pay the jailers to go and catch a person of your choice), a zipline, arm wrestling, obstacle course, food, watermelon carving, karoake and a bunch of other things.
It was really fun.Although i was really peranoid of being caught by the jailers i had fun. My family and i ate food and went around watching others as they did their activities, there was a lotof people.One thing that we watched was the pie eating contest, although it was a bit gross.
As a family the ride we liked the most was the hay ride.it wasnt exactly the kind of hay ride you imagine, it was a trailer that was pulled by a four wheeler.it was really fun, and a buit scary because the driver was really good, and made a lot of short turns.
so over all it was loads of fun,

well as an introduction i am going to introduce myself.I dont yet have a picture of myself to show you.
My name is nathan geoffry beatty, i live here in senegal west africa.
I have a brother who is named Philip and is 12 years old and a sister named Miriam of the age of 15 shortly going onto sixteen.
At the age of six my family and i came to work in senegal, storytelling.Since then we have been in the mission of SIM for nine years.
After arriving in senegal we went to a french school for three years.Then my parents decided that we should go to an enlish school, named bourafaye christian school( bCS), half an hour from where we lived.It was a great school, it was really small and only had around 45 students.We would sleep the whole week at school in the dorms and then go homw for the week end.Then my parents moved to a smaller town which was better for evangelism in the villages.So now we lived a four hour journey from homw.After spending three years at BCS we finally decided that academically it would be better to move to Dakar the capital of senegal and go to school at Da( dakar academy).this school is alot bigger then the other, and in some ways nicer.well i have been going to this school for at leat 4 to 5 weeks.
I like playing sports; soccer, hockey, baseball and other activities.i like drawing and doing crafts.I like painting as well.
well i hope to have fun on this blog and hope that others will join in soon, seey a
